Quorum Clinical Ltd (Company No. 17180559), registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact alex@quorumclinical.com.

If you submit the “Book a walkthrough” form, we collect the name, role, email address, organisation, and any message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Your enquiry is sent to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes it on our behalf as our data processor, under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses covering any transfer outside the UK. We do not store enquiries in a separate database; they exist as the email we receive.

We retain enquiries for up to 28 days after your enquiry is resolved, then delete them, unless you have become a customer or ongoing contact and we need to keep corresponding with you.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email alex@quorumclinical.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
